Follow the pattern

Our school uniforms are designed to withstand the test of time.

With our strong manufacturing heritage and our very own factory in New Zealand, we only partner with suppliers who adhere to the highest ethical standards. By maintaining control over the entire manufacturing process, we guarantee that your school uniforms will consistently exhibit the same colour and fit year after year. Here are some additional details about our commitment to quality:

• We develop our own computerised patterns in-house.

• Our fabrics are tested for durability, so they withstand the rigours of everyday wear. Testing includes colour fastness to washing and sun light, pilling and abrasion.

• Each batch of garments is put through our own stringent quality control programme. This starts with a pre-production sample for each batch of garments before bulk production commences. If the garment is made in one of our offshore partner factories, our team travels to the factory and checks bulk garments before they are shipped.

Own the detail

Our relationship doesn't end with the delivery of school uniforms.

We provide ongoing support to address any issues that may arise, whether it's carrying out repairs or handling replacements. We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our service.

Create positive change

Our values and ethics are fundamental to our supply chain.

We visit our offshore suppliers in person to ensure employees are working in safe conditions, are paid in accordance with minimum wage regulations and meet the legal age requirement.

Our primary garment suppliers are SEDEX or WRAP Gold certified and externally audited to ensure the highest levels of compliance to ethical practices. Our primary fabric mills have OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification - ensuring every fabric component is rigorously tested against up to 350 toxic chemicals.

We are also dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint and diverting waste from landfill by the following practices:

• Incorporating recycled polyester in our school uniform range and recycled plastic courier bags.

• Repairing garments where possible and donating obsolete stock for repurposing in low-income countries.

• Prioritising sea freight over air freight for shipping.

• Minimising plastic packaging and actively recycling cardboard and paper throughout our business.
